Best Ghost Production Sites: The Updated Ranking & Review

Looking for the best ghost production sites to buy a release-ready track? This guide ranks the main ghost production marketplaces on what really protects a DJ or label: exclusive rights, complete files (stems and MIDI), originality checks before a track goes on sale, and clear legal paperwork. We keep the ranking updated as platforms change, so it stays useful whenever you are planning your next release.

“Curated by a 25-year industry veteran with releases on Pacha Recordings and Mixmash, and support from Tiësto, Axwell & Ingrosso and Benny Benassi.”

How We Ranked the Best Ghost Production Sites

Every platform in this ranking sells unreleased tracks that a DJ or artist can buy and release under their own name. What separates the best ghost production sites from the rest is not the size of the catalogue, but how well they protect the buyer after the purchase. We scored each marketplace on five pillars:

• Originality checks before sale: is every track screened for copyrighted material and synthetic content before it reaches the store, or only after someone complains?
• Exclusive rights: is the track sold to one buyer only, with a full transfer of copyright, master rights and royalties?
• Complete files: do you receive mastered and unmastered WAV files, separated stems and MIDI, so the track can be edited, remixed and played live?
• Legal signature: does the producer sign a legally binding declaration of originality and exclusivity, and does the buyer receive a written license agreement that documents the transfer?
• Curation and privacy: who decides which tracks go online, and are both the buyer and the ghost producer kept anonymous?

We also looked at the buying experience (search, filters, previews), pricing transparency and the custom production options each platform offers. The result is the ranking of the best ghost production sites below.

Best Ghost Production Sites Compared

Here is how the best ghost production sites compare on the criteria that matter most when you buy ghost production tracks:

All platforms sell exclusive tracks; the difference is in what is checked before the sale and what you can prove after it. That is why we rank Anonymoustracks first among the best ghost production sites.

The Best Ghost Production Sites, Reviewed

1. Anonymoustracks – the best ghost production marketplace for safety and rights

Anonymoustracks is a marketplace for exclusive, label-ready ghost productions built around one idea: a DJ should never have to worry about a track after buying it. That is what puts it at the top of the best ghost production sites.

• Pre-screened catalogue: producers first submit a preview, which is checked with ACRCloud audio fingerprinting against released recordings and then reviewed by our team of veteran producers. Only accepted tracks can be uploaded with the full pack.
• Exclusive ghost production buyout: each track is sold to one buyer only and removed from the store after the sale. Copyright, master rights and royalties are fully transferred to the buyer.
• Complete files: mastered and unmastered WAV, all separated stems and the MIDI files; many tracks also include the DAW project file.
• Legally binding digital signature: before a track can go online, the producer signs the Exclusive Track Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement directly in the upload form, with full legal name and a drawn or typed signature, taking full legal responsibility for originality and copyright. The buyer then receives the Exclusive Track License and Confidentiality Agreement (PDF) with every completed order.
• Privacy: producers appear only with their stage name; buyers are never disclosed.

Pricing is transparent on every track page, there is a discounted section, and you can hire a producer directly for custom work.

2. House of Tracks

One of the longest-running names in the ghost production market, with a very large catalogue that covers most EDM genres. A good place to browse, but in our review we did not find a publicly documented pre-upload AI screening process or an automatically issued signed agreement for buyers.

3. EDM Warriors

A flexible marketplace with many independent producers and a wide price range. Quality control depends more on the individual sellers, and the guarantees against resale are described in less detail than on the top-ranked platform.

4. EDM Ghost Production and Your Ghost Production

Both focus on mainstream EDM (big room, progressive house, future rave). They are convenient for commercial styles, but put less emphasis on anonymity and their licence terms are less transparent for the buyer.

5. Melodic Ghost Producer

A specialist platform dedicated to Melodic Techno. Useful if that is the only style you play; for anything else, the best ghost production sites with a multi-genre catalogue are a better fit.

What You Get When You Buy Ghost Production Tracks

Whichever of the best ghost production sites you choose, these are the points to check before you buy ghost production tracks. Here is how each one works on Anonymoustracks.

Ghost production with stems and MIDI

A track you cannot edit is a track you cannot finish. With ghost production with stems and MIDI you can change the arrangement, swap a sound, build a radio edit or an extended mix, and prepare your own live versions. On Anonymoustracks almost every track comes with all separated stems, mastered and unmastered WAV versions and all MIDI files; many also include the full DAW project.

Exclusive ghost production buyout

An exclusive ghost production buyout means the track is sold once and never again. After your purchase the track is removed from the store and 100% of the copyright, the master rights and the royalties pass to you. The producer remains anonymous and cannot claim credit, and the license agreement you receive documents the transfer.

Legally binding digital signature: protection at the source

Even among the best ghost production sites, most only promise exclusivity. Anonymoustracks protects the buyer at the source: every producer must digitally sign a declaration of originality and exclusivity directly in the upload panel, before the track can go online. With that legally binding signature the producer confirms being the sole owner of the track, declares that it contains no copyright infringement, and assigns all rights in full.

The second layer protects you as the buyer: with every order the platform generates the Exclusive Track License and Confidentiality Agreement in PDF, documenting the transfer of copyright, master rights and royalties to you. This double layer (the producer’s digital signature at upload + the license agreement issued to the buyer at purchase) creates a complete legal trail from the creator to you, a solid legal shield for DJs and labels that you can show to a distributor, a label or a collecting society at any time. It is one of the main reasons we rank Anonymoustracks first among the best ghost production sites.

Royalty free ghost production: release it everywhere

Because the rights are fully transferred, it is royalty free ghost production: you can release the track under your own name on Beatport, Spotify and Apple Music, sign it to a label, register it with your collecting society and play it in clubs and at festivals. No further fees are owed to the producer or to the platform. For distribution tips, Spotify for Artists is a good starting point.

100% human-made ghost tracks

With AI music generators everywhere, buyers rightly ask for 100% human-made ghost tracks. Industry coverage on Billboard shows how quickly synthetic music is entering streaming platforms. On Anonymoustracks every production is made by a real producer in a DAW (the stems, MIDI and project files are the proof), every submission is checked with ACRCloud fingerprinting and reviewed by veteran producers before it can be sold, and if a vocal was generated with AI it is clearly labelled on the track page, so you always know exactly what you are buying.

Privacy and anonymity for buyers and producers

Ghost production only works if it stays confidential. Buyers are never disclosed, producers appear only with their stage name, and the confidentiality agreement covers both sides.

How Buying Works on Anonymoustracks, Step by Step

Many DJs have never bought a ghost track before, so here is the full process on the platform we rank first among the best ghost production sites:

1. Find your sound. Filter the catalogue by genre and listen with the player, which keeps playing while you browse. Every track page shows BPM, key (with Camelot code), vocal type, the DAW used and the exact list of files you will receive.
2. Check the details. Read the “What you get” list, the vocal information (royalty-free, instrumental or AI-generated, always labelled) and the producer’s public profile with the rest of their catalogue.
3. Buy securely. Pay by card through Stripe or with PayPal. The moment the order is completed, the track is removed from the store: nobody else can buy it.
4. Download everything. Your files are available in your account, together with the Exclusive Track License and Confidentiality Agreement in PDF.
5. Release it as yours. Finish the arrangement if you want, master it to your taste, and release it under your artist name on any store or label.

Why Anonymoustracks Leads the Best Ghost Production Sites

Experience matters in ghost production. Anonymoustracks is curated by a producer active since 1998, with releases on labels such as Pacha Recordings and Mixmash and support from Tiësto, Axwell & Ingrosso, SHM and Benny Benassi. That background shapes every decision on the platform:

• Curation before quantity. Tracks are accepted only after a listening review by veteran producers, so the catalogue stays label-ready rather than endless.
• Proactive protection. Originality checks happen before a track goes on sale, not after a dispute. This is the single biggest difference between the best ghost production sites and the rest of the market.
• Fair pricing for both sides. Producers receive a fair share, which keeps experienced talent on the platform, while buyers see transparent prices and a dedicated discounted section.
• A double legal shield. The producer signs a legally binding digital agreement at upload and you receive the license agreement at purchase, so each sale comes with documentation you can show to a label, a distributor or a collecting society years later.

When you compare the best ghost production sites side by side, these are the details that protect your career long after the download.
